What the policy needs to cover

1. What this website collects. No accounts or forms. Standard server logs from the host, plus the analytics below.
2. Analytics. The site uses PostHog (US servers) to see how visitors use it: pages viewed, buttons clicked, FAQ answers opened, how long each section is on screen, scroll depth, referrer, browser, device and approximate location from the IP address. PostHog stores an anonymous ID in a cookie and local storage. Session recordings, if turned on, show clicks and scrolling on this site only. The site has no forms, so nothing typed is recorded. Visitors whose browser sends Do Not Track are not tracked.
3. Opting out. Visitors can turn analytics off in their browser with the control below.
4. Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which sees visitors' IP addresses.
5. Payments. Whop processes payments and holds card details. Plus Side receives the member's name, email and subscription status from Whop.
6. Discord. Whop links each member's Discord account to give them the member role. Plus Side sees Discord usernames and anything members post in the server.
7. How the data is used. To give and remove access, answer support questions, and send notices about the service.
8. Sharing. Not sold. Shared only with Whop and Discord as needed to run the service, or when the law requires it.
9. Retention and deletion. How long records are kept after a member cancels, and how to ask for deletion.
